SomNguni is a black woman owned small business that makes accessories that are Inspired by my people AbeNguni. With influences from Nguni culture and from the African people at large. The business itself is named after my late grandfather. I chose the name after my grandfather came to me in a dream during lockdown. This being the first time that he did since he passed more than 5 years ago.
My goal is for people to move past wearing African inspired goods only at traditional ceremonies but everyday. Whether at work, girls outings, date with the partner or just on your normal grocery run. We also do corporate gifting and wedding/party favors.
